Stillwater Preserve Subdivision Plat

The Stillwater Preserve Subdivision Plat which shows the boundaries for 74 Lots that comprise the Subdivision as well as the Preserve Easement (Conservation Area), Drainage Easements, Emergency Access Easement and Common Areas such as the entrance and streets is available from the Brevard County Appraiser website (Plat Book 52, Page 100).
Stillwater Preserve HOA Declarations
The original Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for the Stillwater Preserve Subdivision was recorded in 2005. In 2015, the HOA Members approved several amendments and the updated Declaration was then refiled with the Brevard County Clerk of the Court.
