  1. Stillwater Preserve Subdivision Plat - the formallly approved and recorded map which defines the subdivided lots showing the location and boundaries of individual parcels -- with streets, easements and rights of use over the land of another as recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 100, Brevard County, Florida.
  2. Stillwater Preserve Aerial Photograph #1 and Stillwater Preserve Aerial Photograph #2 show, when you zoom-in to the appropriate level, individual lot boundaries on high quality aerial photographs with the lot number and acerage of each lot. Note that the aerial photos are somewhat dated in that they only show 22 of the 28 completed homes (as of 4/18/2016). Despite this disparity, it is still very helpful to have lot lines on a photograph that shows lakes, vegetation, roadways and adjoining land.
  3. Stillwater Preserve Covenants, Conditions and Restictions. As a deed-restricted community, anyone purchasing property in the development automatically becomes a voting member of the Stillwater Preserve Homeowners Association, Inc. and must agree to abide by these declarations to purchase property.
